Apply for a Digital Card
With this card you can access our digital collection through the Libby app and the Ohio Digital Library. You can also access many of our online resources. To access in-library resources, you will need to apply for a traditional card at one of our branches.
Apply for a Traditional Library Card
Please visit your local branch and present a photo ID with birth date to obtain a library card.
The first library card is issued free of charge. The fee for a replacement card is $1.
Parents/guardians must fill out a registration card and sign for children under the age of 16.
Homeless or neglected youth between the ages of 12-18 may apply for a library card that allows the checkout of 5 items (DVDs excluded). Lost or damaged items do not require repayment of materials, but instead limit the number of items you are allowed to borrow. After one (1) year, checkout limit resets to 5 items. Guardian signature of responsibility is not required for this card-type.
Please inform the library circulation staff if you change your name, address, telephone number, email address, or if your card is lost or stolen.
You must have your library card with you when checking out library materials.
