build

The 2017 Summer Reading Program will run from Monday, June 5 to Friday, July 28.

This year's theme is "Build a Better World" and will focus on building structures, making art, and building connections in our community!

Our Summer Reading Program will feature lots of special storytimes and fun programs, a Reading Challenge with prizes for all ages, FREE LUNCH every day for children, and much more!

We will be visited by a penguin from the Newport Aquarium, a wolf from Ironwood Wolves, the Mark Wood Fun Show, and more!  We will also have a "Build-A-Better-Bear" stuffie-building workshop at all library locations!  Keep an eye on our website and our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/pikecountylibrary for forthcoming details!
